lunch: apple, sugar free lemonade
at work: 3 mini freddos (the lady from the creche gave them to me what a CHAMP)
afternoon tea: apple
dinner: 3 eggs + 1 egg white + 1/2c. brown rice
dessert: ice cream + greek yogurt on top yum

3 x 330mL tinnies and some tea

Uni is destroying my eating habits.
