4 lollie snakes
1 apple pie for breakfast
1 hard boiled egg
2 sasuages from last nights dinner
1 banana with peanut butter
1 large handful of salted peanuts
1 handful of almonds
bowl of dinner
1 mandarin
oh yeah one nut bar thats 50% sugar


DIS IS WHY I GAINED 5kg POOR SLEEP DOES DIS TO ME

some of the people i've seen in hospital have taught me that
It's probably something I should work on (although I dont eat too badly, I guess I could eat a little better).

Caffeine is amazing
It's amazing and terrible. Like, it gives me a good pick up in the morning, but leaves me feeling anxious and on edge for the rest of the day.

Yeah, i lost 10-15kg in like a month or two on keto back in year 11. Bad idea.

i've done that before

strawberry jame just get a teaspoonful of it and you've got a delicious fruity snack

i just had 2 eggs and a grapefruit

god da jam i get is so good sumtyms dere are whole cherries or strawberries in em oh god

dis mornin i am makin n pear n apple crumble, pears were on sale at green grocer

anything <100g per day will deplete your carb stores enough to get you in to ketosis. less carbs = quicker route to ketosis


edit: also depends how much exercise you do. like i could eat 100g a day and a sprinter could eat 100g a day and they will obvs deplete their carb stores and be ketotic faster than me

edit2: then maintaining ketosis is a lot less than 100g a day like trace carbs only

100g wtf, I was under the impression that anything over 20-30g will kick you out of ketosis. I guess that's what you meant in edit2 though.

yes once you are in ketosis you have to keep your carbs low but to get to ketosis you just have to have a deficit and eventually you will deplete ya carb stores enough

once you start pissing like 50000000000 times a day and sometimes have funny tasting breath and your appetite is slightly suppressed you are in ketosis

wait didn't you say you were skinny why do you want to be in ketosis

edit: and yes you can buy ketostix from the chemist to test your piss but i think they might be expensive (but i forget)
