When to write back... (1 Viewer)

Not sure if this has been a thread before, but anyway...

When's the right time to write back to a msg from a girl/guy you have a "thing" with (ie. in the chasing phase)?? Should you wb asap, or wait 5/10/15/20 mins?

I usually wb about 5-10mins after. I think it shows you're not at their beckon call, not too enthusiastic, and keeps you on their mind for those few mins while they wait. Longer than say 20mins is just annoying to me.

If people spend more than 5 mins writing back when they're not doing anything, i start to think that they're carefully planning, editing and re-writing some wretched SMS i won't look at twice.

Do you honestly think a guy is gonna sit there, ticking off boxes that say:

0 - 5 min: desperate
5 - 10 min: easy
10 - 15 min: acceptable
15 - 20 min: prude

Just reply whenever you damn well have something worth replying with.

does it really matter?? i'd be a bit worried if guys (OR GIRLS) cared about this - sometimes people can't reply straight away coz they're in the middle of something. once i replied to my bf's sms three days later coz i'd completely forgotten about it. he just laughed and poked my nose.

i hate people who write "wb (write back)" at the end of messages. It's fucking annoying. If i want to sms back I will. That way you kind of have to. I wouldn't be pissed off if its something important, but half the time its something you can only possibly write "thanks" to.
And the wierd thing is that only chicks do that.
