what about that guy here who was like 18 and could 1rm 200kg squat and posted a video of him roaring as he did it?
no idea what any of my 1rms are lol.
best lifts: squat 100kg 2x5 @ 65kg bw, bench 80kg 2x5 @ 62.45kg bw, deadlift 90kg 5x4 @ 65kg bw. not nearly as much as some meatheads here.
sucking so badly at deadlifts.
havent been regular to jim since it was closed for a week cos of renovations, so there was a 1 week skip, and after thurs im suspending membership till uni starts next sem :/
