No not at all true. There are definitely more ugly asian chicks than there are hot. Same goes for every other nationality but Asian uglies definitely outweigh Asian hotties more than other nationalities.

imo asian uglies outweigh caucasian/black/middle eastern uglies, but asian hotties do not necessarily underweigh these other races. e.g. there may be 7/10 asian uglies and 2/10 hotties whereas in caucasian/black/middle eastern its 1-3/10 uglies. just my perception.
