I am just after confirmation that the information I have in relation to the Industrial Relations Act 1991 (NSW) and the NSWIRC is correct. Specifically, the last point.

Under the Act all enterprise agreememnts must be approved by the NSWIRC and be:
- agreed to by 65% of employees in a secret ballot
- Meet the no detriment test
- Contain dispute resolution procedures
- disallow industrial action during the bargaining period
I thought that industrial action is legal during the baragining period?

The relevant legislation now is IRA 1996. Check your facts on austlii...I'm not sure, it's not in the syllabus is it?

The woman is entitled to it
There is a standard award
but it may differ between organisations

No, I think he means the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW). I just googled it, and this Act has replaced the Industrial Relations Act 1991 (NSW).
Thanks for pointing that out.

Can anyone answer the original question?
