Did anybody watch the reenactment of Jesus Christ's crucifiction in the City?

I read about it in the news paper today, and they made it sound absolutely brilliant (bias much?). Did anybody actually watch it, and if so, was it any good?

I watched bits of it to see if I could locate my friend.

I could. She was one of the women of Jerusalem. Lots of weeping.

I didn't watch it all, just a recap on Sky News. Btw a Aboriginal was holding the cross while Jesus was getting a back massage, that wasn't in the bible

I think the Aboriginal was playing the part of Simon. I heard it was really good as well, the official name is the "Stations of the Cross" and I wouldn't really call the media bias in favour of WYD, up until the actual event it was nothing but negativity, but as always with the arrival of the event everyone can't get enough! I'm glad: it's about time the event was seen in the positive light that it is beaming around Sydney and the world.

MASSIVE BAGS!
lol

They carry these bags that are enormous.

Also, friend was on the train and 'pilgrims' were talking and didn't know why they were referred to as 'pilgrims' then they didn't know what the popes name was (arguing about it) and some of them weren't catholic?

WOW!

Pilgrims boom Sydney sex trade

PILGRIMS have increased business in an unlikely area, the city's brothels.

Adult Business Association spokesman Chris Seage said the boom in business had taken brothel owners by surprise.

"The brothel owners are having to put on extra girls to meet the demand," he said.

"Business is up by around 20 per cent in brothels in the city, Surry Hills, Bondi and the lower North Shore. The owners are saying they have not seen anything like it since the Olympics."

Visiting media and support staff were adding to the trade.

I told you.

Their backpacks are so big because they're full of sexual frustration.

And condoms.
