I would think ~99.80, give or take .10. Considering 99.00 requires an aggregate of around ~450 and 100 of around ~480, there really isn't much elbow room.
Let's assume that the aggregates between 99 and 100 form a simple rectangular distribution (which they don't, but they may as well; the differences should be negligible). There are 20 possible ranks above 99, spread over a range of roughly 30 marks. 30/20 = 1.5, and so each 0.05 is worth 1.5 marks. If my prediction is accurate - which it may or may not be - then in order to make it into USYD law, you can afford to lose 4 * 1.5 = 6 marks.
That's not much.
But, by the same token, an
extra six marks could take you to 100.
Obviously, this is probably an oversimplification of what actually occurs, but it at least allows you to grasp where you stand from a theoretical viewpoint.
