2nd i agree with the fact that if you could lift that amount of weight, you would be hellishly strong anyway, so there's the intimidation factor and if you landed a blow, itd be awesome

at my current height.. i'd take the 70kgs.. which isnt much more than i am atm

if i was 100kgs in my current frame, i'd consider myself morbidly obese despite how ripped i am

~70kg + very good at a martial art of your choice (Kickboxing, krav maga, Jiu-jitsu). Or 100kg of ripped muscle + everyone comments on how good / buff you look??
85kg ripped and sort of good at a martial art pls

even if the 70kg was really good at bjj or whatever he'd still have a lot of trouble beating the 100kg dude in a fight lol

But still I'd probs pick the first option cause you'd still probably have a decent build for your height and martial arts are fucking great. Also OP where do you do jiu-jitsu at (assuming from sig)?

Id prefer to be 100kgs rather than a twig. 100kgs isnt that big, its achievable naturally, so that says it all. If you mean 140kgs big like a genuine bodybuilder then no way. My goal is 100kgs, lean.

gl on attaining that natty

even 200lb lean is tough to break without cycling at least once, unless youre 6'1+ or youre starting with an already solid build

for some perspective, this guy is 84kg lean and 5'10

and clearly he looks fucking insane.

100kg lean is a ridiculous goal for a natural

Unfortunately the insane contact hours I'm doing for honours has made it impossible to do jiu jitsu more than once a week (on Saturday), which at $70 a fortnight isn't worth it. So I've quit and gone back to the unigym the last 2 months; I'm up to 83kg in weight and most lifts are reaching PR levels. I'd love to do GOMAD and get up to ~90kg over winter, but I don't have the money to buy 3L of milk a day atm :(
