Long term is how you define it. I spent more time with my recent ex girlfriend in the space of a month than I did with my not so recent ex girlfriend in the space of 6 months. How much time you actually spend together. IE: a 2 month relationship of seeing each other everyday is more long term than 5 month relationship of twice a week.
