Its getting fairly close to the big final year
What r ur thoughts on this?
I will probably have a really good holiday (ie no school for 2 weeks), relax, and have heaps of fun, then hit the ground running for yr12. But the thing is will we have to sacrifice sooooo much? like no parties, no goin out that often? no anthing for a while? I dunno...i do want to get a good UAI but i dont want to become one of those hermits who study from when they get home to about 12 o'clock. I think balance is the main thing so what do u think?

1. Yr12 already! wtf?
2. cannot wait
3. scared
4. annoyed
5. party!
6. I dunno
7. not too worried
8. who cares, there are more important things in life
9. too drunk to care
10. mum but i dont want to go to yr12!
11. total panic!
12. it's ok im goin to study all the time
13. it's ok im not goin to study at all
14. stupid HSC!
15. Other (specify)

Well last week I was like (1. Yr12 already! wtf?), but right now I'm too busy with Prelim exams. Next Saturday I plan to be (9. too drunk to care) because it will be my reward for working so hard for prelim exams.

Over all I'm (7. not too worried)

sometimes I'd wish that I was doing the HSC this yr, so I can get everything over and done with. But, then again, year 12 will fly past pretty quickly and bham! It's our HSC exams! :p :)

lol XD XD I'm thinkin of ext 2 english, ext 2 maths is too hectic for my blood. Advanced kills me honestly I hate it, but ext 2 would be ideal in terms of really appreciating literature and producing a piece worthy of reading outside the boundaries of outcomes and marks. In other words I want to take ext 2 English to release raw passion for the language and express my creativity. Whether I'm capable or not is a different story but that's ok, we'll work out the technicalities after the exam period.

If you can't balance now, what chance do you have in uni? In work?

Not very difficult to play the balancing act and get study done...

I'm not looking forward to year 12. :(

It seems like yesterday I was in year 7 and doing peer support.

so true

How fast have these three terms gone by!
in another year - HSC exams
so u really think studying is the key? It may be but sitting at home doin 6, 7, 8, hours of study a day is not cool, and definitely not healthy. What about sport, girls, parties, friends, ...? U cant just sit at home doin just study
so i think balance is the main thing
