I put UNSW as my first pref i couldn't log in now im sad :-(

Ok so I logged in a created a password but I'm not gonna dance for joy until the actual confirmation. (Wewt Psych Science!?)

But if I do get into UNSW, I'll miss USYD so much. All throughout the year I've worshiped Sydney and been to everything that was held there. I even considered applying for a janitor position there. It's sorta like a crush and moving onto UNSW feels a little slutty. I don't feel any sort of affection towards it..
I really don't know what to do. But on the other hand maybe Sydney doesn't want me. Maybe it was a one sided relationship. I'm really sad. I don't know what to do...

In all seriousness though( assuming this isnt a troll ) do you go to a university because of its apperance or because its going to give you the best possible education and hence the best possible chance at life. That there is what you need to consider.
BTW that janitor thing is really weird

Appearance is pretty important to me. The janitor thing just shows how desperate I feel towards USYD. The atmosphere there is beautiful and the people there are truely amazing...
Problem is if I reject UNSW will USYD reject me ='[

Just think about the pretty sandstone castle and the grass.

This is exactly what I think about everyday =/

Screw the sandstone castle and the grass. No one goes to a university because the grass is nice and there is a nice castle on the campus. When you leave university you leave with a degree, the sand castle and grass don't matter at all. If you really want to sacrifice your education for some nice grass and 3-4 years at a castle than God speed.

Im pretty depressed now that i have done the UNSW eploit and it didnt work, i too need to find something else to do other wise ill go crazy.
Now its all up to UTS but i doubt ill get that so HERE I COME UWS!!! (me inside = NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!)

Does UTS really give you 10 EAS points? I think they only consider those people who are 'within 10 points of their desired course'. In saying that, there are several people who are more competitive than you with ATARs ranging from 91+. But regardless, you're in the 10 mark range....so GOOD LUCK! I hope you get in!

People are logging into UNSW's user network, specifically a section which is for new students to register their details. You can use details you know already about yourself without needing an offer to check if the university have added your details for web enrolment. If you can successfully do this, it's presumed that you've gotten the offer.

Slow down there, USYD is by no means a bad uni for education! Its probably the most well rounded, and a degree there will still be very impressive.

HEY GUYS! ok

As said, it was speculated by a few people (and news sites), that cutoffs would fall this year, or that universities are able to accept more students for courses this year due to (more funding?)...im not too sure. The real issue being, it has been predicted that more students will be able to get into their courses this year.

In saying this, can anyone say if they have made it to their course (namely at UNSW) with a lower ATAR than last year's cuttoff?

From 4 years of experience the UAC site will most likely take a few hours before we can even gain access, what i want to know is is there a full list that can be downloaded from a website or something rather than waiting for the traffic to die down?
