obviously a very healthy diet. you've got all your healthy fats, carbs and protein which all presumably fit into your macros.

I don't know how much protein intake for females is recommended, but is what your taking sufficient for cutting?

before breakfast: Air.
breakfast: Air or a serving of fruit if I have time.
snack: No time for snacks!
lunch: Air or salads or a 1/2 to 3/4 of 6" sub.
snack: No time for snacks!
dinner: Air or a small serving of chicken/meat.
snack: No time for snacks!

throughout the day: Tea, mmm. Delicious tea.

Always a meal to a meal&1/2 a day.
With a LOT of tea since I've been pulling a lot of all-nighters recently.

Exercise?
Haha, rez stairs at least 10-14ish times a day now.
Depends if I plan on staying over a friend's.

Yes, this routine may seem weak. But I've lost weight, and continuing to do so~

Oh, and I'm joining the gym this week. Probs more physical activity will be done.

yep, apparently there is no correlation between saturated fat and high cholestrol

it's more a problem regarding refined sugar and inflammation or so i've been told
