sporting 0% body fat?

really?

After a 4 week hiatus on lifting and a not very strict routine beforehand:

167cm
70kg (155~ lbs)
Bench: 50kg (3x8) - Aiming for 80kg
Squat: 50kg (3x8) - Aiming for 115kg
Deadlift: 65kg (3x5; have yet to try this since getting back into the gym) - Aiming for 115kg

I got to a local gym full of tattoo'd meatheads, but the staff are good, it's 24 hours for most of the week and it's pretty well resourced

EDIT: inb4 doyouevenlift.jpg, I'm still p new to it
hey lolsmith I can squat as much as you

Home gym
Pretty boring to workout alone at home, would love to go to a proper gym but don't have the time.

how much body wait have you put on

100 kg squat in a month is pretty ambitious, you could deadlift that much in that time though, I believe in u.

As some of those close to me know, my squat jumped from 90 to 140kgs in terms of working weight (5 reps+) in the space of about 4 weeks. Basically a 10kg increase per session. Old story is old, but eating a shitload will take you places

Not that much. I fluctuate between 69-71, but recently I've been staying above 70. I'm worried about putting on too much body fat, as I've developed a bit of pudge over the last year.

I'm going to try a 70kg (bodyweight) deadlift tomorrow (3x5), I should be able to do a 60-65kg squat (3x8) as well.
