If I was still in high school I'd say on a personal level all rounders - I'd much rather see 10 units of 90+. Given that I was pretty much 1 mark from a state rank in 2 subjects anyway, i'd still prefer all rounders.
Buuuuuuuut I'm gonna go ahead and say neither even matter once you get into uni so that whole prestige thing about it are both pretty null and void
But you can still get 99+, achieve a state rank in 1 subject, and not be an all rounder.state ranking- more prestigious
