well KOGs its an acronym for keep on going so basically after a lineout, scrum or penalty we keep wrapping around. Basically it's just playing from one side to the other it's pretty nuesh.

ugh tell me about it. some of the people on my team are the biggest flops especially my front pod they're the laziest ones out there... we get through like 3-5 set pieces and then they just tire out or the structure falls down completely
