is this for Baulkho transfers? Someone from another school who transferred to Baulkho, got like Es on primary subjects on her reports like for English, I won’t say why; but she got in, I’m assuming because of her edutest but more particularly, she was in so many extracurricular activities like back to back including aviation cadets, chess, volleyball etc. It’s not like you have to be good at those activities but that’s what they did just to have it on their cv. It’s unfortunate though, I feel like extra curricular shouldn’t really be prioritised over edutest marks but idk 🤷‍♂️

I’m guessing it’s because of it being year 8 entry, they choose only the very best applicants or sometimes might not even have any transfers.

year 7 usually means little to no spots. But rest assured, try out next year for your chosen schools. With those scores and some extracurricular you’ll definitely get in because there are much more spots.
