dude fr, on one hand I want to eat so that I don't feel fatigued but on the other hand I dont want to feel nauseous
yeah, usually never eat breakfast before school to avoid the nausea bc i have bad emetophobia but ive had my stomach rumble in exam silence before and it was the Worst Human Experience ever now i force myself. anything fresh like berries and cucumbers are fine tho and dont make me sick

refined carbs, fried stuff, red meats, stuff with msg and artificial sweetners, sugars, etc 😭 thats like everything except veges and white meat 😭
Ok i think like fish, chicken, veges, grains/oats, fruit, avocado etc

im glad people are having better diets than me cause i've been going library everyday so its been fast food for lunch and dinner most days😔
