Even though I was disapointed with my results, I loved my year - we were all so close since it's a 100% boarding school. It was a good social environment and was just so amazing in terms of support and activities. Even though it was 'selective', many came from different walks of life which enriched the whole cohort to extend beyond the academic scope. All my teachers were lovely and very encouraging.

OMG so you're saying there's a chance. Same thing happened with me. I was ranked first and didn't get an E4, but those who were second and third did. I think the list is 90% complete, but some of the B6's are still missing. At least I hope so

What were u ranked first for, if you don't mind me asking? Also don't mind me I've been offline. Idek why I wasn't on for the hsc results.

Honestly I still dunno, it was probably a combo of anxiety/burnout— if I could go back in time I would say pls pls take breaks!! It has a way of catching up to u at the worst times

this is so real cause I would always feel burn out just before exams and it always happens at the most annoying time where I have a ton of studying and exams

not cooked at all. What matters is ur rank and how u perform in the final hsc exam. just don't overwhelm urself, a bit of study during these holidays is good. make sure to do ur best in ur internal exams to maintain a high rank, and definitely study the most before ur hsc exams (should be doing active recall/past papers at this time!) cos thats what matters.

I actually just bought an electric guitar and it came today, loving it so far (even tho I’m terrible!!)
