    Nah, I am ranked 12th out of 141. Knowledge is good, just the pen to paper is not as great.

    Additionally, I would laugh if say the question was a personal response...how has certain _____ affected your view on belonging. SO MANY people would lose out on the last rubric criteria.

    It could be. Or a speech, which is my guess. It will probably be 2 related texts as well and the question will be a demonstrate one, where they will give you a concept and ask you to prove it in your text. My guess is on identity and barriers, but we will see.

    Yes it is. But it's not the best. I was still developing a lot of my arguments at the time, and I had a short fall in some of my work for lack of sophistication in terms of language. I think it will get better...Additionally, these notes aren't actually my effort, they are partly mine and partly anothers who did it last year. I just like the texts we're doing so it's no problem for me to learn them in some depth. I posted some paper 1 tips in the worried thread, but really, English isn't that bad. Hard to do well in, easy to do ok. My goal is 90 for adv, and I'd be happy with that.

    I have written about 10 stories, just for fun really, for sec 2 prep. Sec 1, I have looked at a list of techniques and have been practicing annotating them in newspapers etc. Sec 3 I have made a table of tech/quote/meaning/belonging concept, and have thought about some essay structures I could use. I have done two practice essays, and will probably do 3 more. I will do 3 practice essays for each of modules. And no, I will not remember anything for the exam. I have read/watched all my texts multiple times, and my notes for each module are well into the 20,000 word mark, I just sorta get everything about each text. Thus I will go in, and write what I think is best.

    Lol yeah my teacher's notes are awesome lol. I spend a lot of time on Ancient, I've been doing Hatshepsut for like 2 weeks now, I've been so lazy lol. I need to start Augustus and Pompeii. I'm fine with Sparta, but with Augustus i keep getting around 23-24/25. For Pompeii, I want to go over the last part of the syllabus, past questions and content specific stuff.

    im sure you would be great at advanced! im only get 14-16's in advanced -.- but figured unless you would be good at standard and would persist at it (such as yourself) then it would probably drag your atar down. but like i said, it will be fine for you, you might even get a band 6 coz those marks are awesome!

    Also, what do u think of ferghsc's marking?

    Ive sent one essay to them and the response had so many spelling errors in it
