    Anyone doing B of policing?

For sociology and criminology they'll cost about $50-$75, but you can always sell those afterwards. Unless you're really a textbook user, you'll find a few people don't bother buying these textbooks. For actual policing subjects, we mostly use readers which cost about $10-$30.

    Anyone doing B of policing?

Course Link: http://handbook.uws.edu.au/hbook/course.asp?course=4555.1 First year isn't too bad. You sort of realise that policing is more than the entire gun slinging thing. Majority of the course will drop out in first year. We started with 115 and are down to about 40 coming to the end of...

    ~SMH Sunday 26/9~ 13 yr old boy f*cks 35 yr old teacher

It was in the paper. The whole thing started when he was in Year 6 and moved from there. Mary Kay Letourneau spent more than seven years in prison for having sex with one of her grade 6 students. http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2004/08/05/1091558002934.html?from=storylhs&oneclick=true

Does Gen Maths Scale U Down

I did General Maths for my HSC back in 01 and still managed to get a reasonable UAI and a university offer. True, you might actually have to do a bridging course depending on what degree you want to do, but it all comes with the territory.

    ~SMH Sunday 26/9~ 13 yr old boy f*cks 35 yr old teacher

The fact that she had an 'attraction' to him while she was teaching him in Year 6 makes it more irky.

    Legislation

The Evidence Act (NSW) 1995 is the biggest pain in the arse. Especially when you have to write a 4000 word essay on s.114-116. *raises eyebrows*
