    CPA requirements

Big4 firms are PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, KPMG and Deloitte. They prefer you to do the CA if you're in their auditing division. I guess it depends what division you're in as well. In the divison I work in, I don't have to do the CA/CPA programs.

    CPA requirements

Usually they don't list the combined degrees on the site, just the single degree (in your case BComm). I think if you meet the subject requirements on your BComm side, it should be fine. Like with my course, its not listed on there either (and same with all the other BBusiness combined degrees)...

    General Questions (People, Classes etc)

That's a pretty good answer! Thanks. When you make it in, the orientation camp will help you make some new friends and it will help you on your first day as well.

    Laptops for Uni

I bought a small 12.1" size laptop during 2004 as well. It was around $2700 (though the same model can be bought now for just under $2000 lol =\). It's between 1.3kgs to 1.5kgs which is pretty light for a laptop. Also, if you plan on taking it to uni everyday, then its good to have a light one...

UTS Semester 1 2006 Timetables and Subjects

You just have to complete 24 cp of electives if you're not doing a 2nd major (and obviously another 24 cp for a Business sub-major). As far as I know, doesn't matter what those subjects are worth, as long as you meet the credit points. Like you'll notice you can do some language sub-majors which...
