And also, apparently trials are slightly different to the actual HSC. So for past papers up until the trials, should I be doing past trials and then after that do actual HSC exams until the HSC, or are they both very similar and it wont matter in which order I do them?

It's true that rankings DO get wiped at the start of the 4th term, but tbh if you've done well in the prelims then you've got that sort of momentum that'll help you get off to a good start in year 12.
