Please donate case studies (and you'll be greatly rewarded)

Come on peoples, i need a big fat case study to cover as much as possible of the syllabus (apart from Qantas)

    Case Study

A general statement will take you nowhere. Examinors much prefer that students use big, comprehensive and detailed case studies (1 or 2 max) which integrate as many areas of the syllabus as possible, because it gives a better, more integrated idea about the concept of business studies and so...

Please donate case studies (and you'll be greatly rewarded)

I'm willing to share, yes, in exchange to other people sharing :d That's my MSN right there for anyone who's interested...

Please donate case studies (and you'll be greatly rewarded)

O.k. I currently have only 1 case study- Qantas, which is as you know huge, and covers all aspects of the syllabus, but nevertheless i want MORE, so if anyone is kind enough to provide me with as many case studies as possible in regard to ER (particularly industrial conflicts) and Global...

    How many pages.....?

My teacher and head teacher said it's a speeach, plus more than 70% (approx) of the candidates have done a speech so it must bee accepted even if it wasn't intended. I'm sure it was though :p

    adios :)

O.k. it's time to forget about my mistakes (as much as i can) and move on, my next exam is business, and as many have said here before it's no use dwelling upon the past, what's done is done. I'll probably stop by here and then but i'm really gonna try focusing on what's to come. A sincere...

    multiple choice Q10

Which one did you choose Connie? Heineman states under ATSI customary law that it's practically based on dispute resolution. The answer relies on whether the question was asking about customary law in general, like Connie said, or about ATSI customary law specifically. I really don't think...

D V S P. 15 Issue "Could Donoghue sue the manufacturer when she was not in special relationship with the manufacturer? That is, she was not in a contract with the manufacturer because she had not purchased the drink and she did not fall into a category that the law had traditionally...

Poll Question 8 - Cerial Box

Asquithian mate i hate to say that again (coz i might get jumped) but such a contract exists, even according to D v S and Carlic v Smokey, it's all there under in the Heineman text book.. Issue "Could Donoghue sue the manufacturer when she was not in special relationship with the...

What about Warehouse retailing?? We're talking about the provision of goods not services, this is totally different... But the fault was with the manufacturer, who had a duty of care to make sure no sharp bits of metal were in the box! Theoretically yes, though the manufacturer also...

    multiple choice Q10

Just checked some year 11 materials, connection to the land is maybe the single most important component in Aboriginal customary law, but i'm not sure that it refers specifically to Aboriginal law, and not sure that Native Title relates to the connection with the land. On the other hand, if...

    multiple choice Q10

I chose like the bloody idiot that i am because for a second there i thought that Native Title is concerned with the connection to the land, spirituality and so forth but i'm pretty sure it's not right. Dispute resolution is a very large portion of customary law- conciliation, mediation etc...

Exam: How much did u write

you wrote 6 pages for 6 marks? what the hell i wrote the whole page, from the left edge to the right, all the way to the bottom, small and densed (and ugly) hand writing... oh well, it's no 6 pages though ROFL

    get it straight

The company is never ever the retailer, and even if you may think that there is some inclearity then Stevens v Donoghue clearly covers the manufacturer (using this word)... No confusion there..
