    Well theres only one thing you need to know about geometry series, they converge if |r| < 1, where r is the common ratio.

    COMP results should be out at the end of november/december 1ish too. One of my lecturers said they will probably be released November 30. Awesome, seeing as all 5 of my subjects are COMP and MATH, i'll be getting all my results early :D

    Nice, done 10 of them so far. It's not teaching you to 'hack' as you'd expect (ie. breaking into things with malicious intent). Rather it teaches you things like learning how to read code, using the internet etc etc.

    Most of the 1231 people i know seem to have found it quite hard. 2601 was bleh though, i never want to do 6 uoc of pure algebra again, ~70-80%

    Complex numbers are so versatile. You can use partial fractions, derivatives and complex numbers to prove real properties like int 1/(1+x^2) = atanx + C!

    tbh, i was suss about him from the start. Especially when he made slidey undelete a thread that he posted his 'awesome' solution in that was very long, then got owned by sedated who answered the question in about 4 lines. Pretty sure he also made another account in which he complimented himself...
