Ofcourse you CAN'T. You can do some core units for the Commerce degree in your Arts degree however. You can do Psych if you are actually in BA-Psych, not just the BA. Can't touch law till you get a transfer.

Macq doesn't have Econ/Law anymore. You can however transfer to Commerce (Economics)/Law though, if successful. You are taking the route a lot of other students are taking (you'll need to get pretty good marks). You can transfer after a year. Career prospects are similar to other major law...

The short answer is yes. There is a quota and there is no guarantee...but if you got good uni marks and a highish UAI then you have a very very good chance. That's how I got into law....i started off doing business admin/ba-psych.

He's joking ofcourse! Yeah Commerce is pretty rad...but you should definately find a major in Commerce that u enjoy (all sorts of majors e.g. Commerce majoring in 'organisational behaviour'...how rad does that sound!). At Macq you can combine a Commerce major with some general 'arts' units.
