    Brief Qs

Show that Ke^0, Ke^(-1), Ke^(-2), .... are the first terms of geometric series. For this question, I just need to show that r is same throughout the series, yes? So would this be fair: For it to be the first terms of geometric series, its r (i.e. Tn/T(n-1)) should be constant throughout...

    Any suggestion?

Ok, here is a deal. I always get these "prove that the quadrilateral is a parallelogram" question. Can I just prove that they are parallelogram by saying that the opposite angles are equal? (or the opposite sides are equal?) Is that proof all we need?

Our yr 11 has officially ended. It's time for a yr 12, aka HSC and I am anticipating a great change. But that is not the focus of this thread. From this thread, I would like to see you guys' opinions on your growth - academic, mental - rather than physical growth (I know how much you want to...

http://www.boredofstudies.org/courses/maths/2u/1995_Maths2_T_CSSA_q.pdf For this question, is it important to be exactly right? This is really an easy question but I am not sure if mine would get me full mark. I would still get full mark if I can show all the relevant points and the shape...

    Process of dropping your subject

So, what's your school's policy on dropping a subject? My school has this policy where you have to stay in the course for the 3 first weeks of the Term 4 to see whether you like the course or not... And you are not allowed to drop a subject during that 3 weeks. I guess, I still have 3...

    Do you like maths?

The trend from the thread called "Do you like english?" shows that there are more people who hate English than people who like English. Then, what about maths? Do you like maths? (maths in any level, doesn't have to be in subject level)

    Creative writing.

EDIT: It's a "dad" not "uncle". I was alternating between them when I was writing it to see whether "dad" was better or not. This is my desperate attempt at creative writing. It's quite poor actually but please have a read and suggest where I could improve. Before you read, I have few...
