Im not too sure but i was talking to the department mangaer last week and just talking about rates and pay and stuff and he said that he gets a fixed amount.

Casuals can leave whenever they want, u dont have to sign anything, leave with like 2 weeks notice or write a resignation note - all u really need to do is say i dont want any more shifts.

Which customers are the worst? i have had some bad customers in my time: cheap asian, cheap europen, the bogans, the slow ass ederly, the plain stupid people, the angry mums, parent who dont tell there kids to shut up or dont even tell them off...the list just goes on But i rekon the cheap...
