I'm considering this degree also and share some similar questions. 1) From what i've seen, it's possible to not go by their structure strictly and choose to form a mix between engg/comm as long as you make sure you complete certain prerequisites or co-requisites to not make any further...

Almost all (if not all) you will have seen in completing past papers and they tend to recycle similar ones just slightly changed.

Was not expecting such a tough exam after all the relatively straight forward ones in other subjects. MC was quite tough idk how i went there. Option (medical) was straightforward, core had some tough questions but hoping to have got through most of them correctly.

Agree. Probably wont change much from last year (iirc it was 54/70) and difficulty is relatively similar, maybe slightly harder so around 53-54.

I agree with the above so hopefully thats 20/20 for me, but now after reading 18 again i get why some others suspect it might be C. But still i think it is referring to the pond that was initially being analysed rather than contaminated site so im still thinking its A.

I got the one with 9 was it 9.3 x 10^-3 g/L ?

I messed it up too. If you at least wrote down the correct equlibrium expression (products over reactants using the chemical formulas) then that should be 1/3

Probably around low 80s, 80-81, dont think it was too different to last year's exam, maybe slightly more difficult.

No, MC was straight forward really, similar types of questions/calculations in it to previous years

Yeah i didnt get a chance to check over that question, but i made sure doing it to just write out the expression for K so i should get 1/3. Really that was the only difficult question in industrial and only difficult/less common type of calculation in the exam

lol this is what threw me off. I thought K wouldnt change since no temperature change but then i saw 3 marks and didnt think id get it with that. So i did the calculation wrong and think i got around 5.3...

Pretty easy exam if you knew the syllabus in depth, annoyed at doing the buffer/acetate part b wrong and also fairly sure my K was wrong in industrial. Also not quite confident with all my modifications to the lawn fertiliser prac but other than that was quite a good exam.

Cant be A as vitamins arent used as an energy source at all, and must be B as their role is to assist in metabolic functions (hence catalysts).
