I finished an entire folder (full of sheets and my notes from school) for Bio, Chem and almost PDHPE in term 4. But ask our school's ancient history class, the teacher had to PRINT OFF their textbook because our school is poor and buys the captain's new blazers and useless musical instruments...

I want to see my friends.... and also I want to do school work (as bad as it sounds), I've lost all motivation. It'll be funny seeing some of the Year 11s stress out, but even less when we are stress because this year actually matters.

It's just school but I'm a little concerned with the amount (or lack of) work I got done these holidays, I feel so guilty.

They do all my extension classes after school, some extension 1 maths and english. They couldnt fit the extension classes on the normal timetable for some reason? And because of classe sizes (only 3 and 4).

Hardest: maths ext 1 and chem Content: PDHPE (that is HUGE)

Re: so whos done homework these holidays? Don't worry I am the exact same, I had solid 2/3 weeks at one stage now I just can't be bothered to do anything and it's really worrying me. Maybe it is related to the fact I am waking up at 2pm.....

Hmmm I just don't find movies with a lot of gore and the occasionally "jumpy" scene scary... most of the time they look really trashy. I would say Saw 1 and 2 are pretty effective horror movies but The Shining tops them for sure.

Yes! That is a great novel, I read it a few years back and I am definitely going to use it as a related text.

Not PHYSICALLY more mature but like emotionally and mentally more mature. But I agree, the legal age is much more of a guideline than anything, it's not like the day you turn 16 your body suddenly is able to have sex.

Trust me on this, the legal age does not mean a thing, heaps of kids today have sex before they are 16 and most couldn't care less. That been said I think it is a personal thing to do with ones maturity, I mean some 14 year old are more mature than some 18 year olds. And really if you turn 16...

The second would be slightly safer in case you bomb out in exams, however if you did well both are exactly the same imo.

Well the guy who I duxed Year 11 with does that. He has been the smartest kid in the year from Year 7 and he just reads for his subjects, he told me that he doesn't remember stuff when he writes notes.
