Yeah I have just covered the first module. Just did a word count and its a lot less than 10000 words haha, sitting between about 6000-6500 for each subject. For maths my notes are just examples of questions that crop up a lot in the HSC and how to work through them- not really notes haha.

Ohhh right, my signature isn't very clear haha. Based on what I did in term 4: My sciences Chem and Bio- Each are 22 pages in total typed (this also includes notes on pracs) And PDHPE- Which is 19 pages typed My notes for maths are handwritten and are about 20 pages for 2u and 15 for 3u.

Re: Best Chemistry Textbooks/Guides? Really I find Excel great? Just because of the layout. In chem contexts you have to sift through a stack of rubbish that doesn't even relate to the syllabus half of the time. I have the 3rd edition conquering chem, it is decent however like chem contexts...

Ahh ok, thanks guys for clearing that up for me :) Yeah I agree with dance2urownbeat a 100 2u maths is really something special, I would hate to give that up, but it also depends what you want to do after school and that as well. Wow that is a tough choice!

I don't understand why this question keeps popping up, why wouldn't a school test students on the first module? What does that mean their half-yearly exam would contain, half of the second module? Besides if they don't test it then you will have notes and stuff for the actual HSC exam ;)

I think what we learned in Year 6 was fine, what a condom was and what it did. 10 year olds don't need to learn about anal sex or date rape... they are only kids. I mean today we have all sorts of restrictions on movies that we can watch as well as what movies a teacher can show in class yet...
