Yeah no. A lot of it for me is breaking the habits associated with smoking, not so much just the nicotine addiction. This is my first time quitting. I'm going to see how I can do cold turkey to begin with.

I had two beers last night and cracked :( Had two cigarettes. But now I'm up at my parents house and I have no cigarettes on me and I'm not allowed to smoke up here so that's good.

Damn it. Now I feel all guilty :( I feel like you're my mom and you're all "I'm not angry, just disappointed" which is always way worse than angry.

Yeah... no. I am a bigger smoker than I thought. I will cut down to one pack a week, from three/four. Which means no more than two a day during the week and that leaves a few extra for going out nights. That's better than what I'm doing now.

Okay. So maybe I will cut down on cigarettes instead of completely quitting. I don't think I have the willpower to completely quit yet.

hahahaha damn. They're all sceptical actually :( My boss is like "we've all heard that before" and I felt like stamping my foot and being like "No! Fo serious!". But I didn't because I work in a professional environment... Not really. My boss just promised to bring in those candy cigarettes...

I don't care where it is. Just remind me that smoking is ucky and I smell bad and that quitting is the best thing for me.
