or im guessing it could be something to do with power management... WIth laptops, especially new ones they have a technology called "Speedstep" which is basically it puts through more power and CPU processing speed when needed (rather than it is idle). SO there is a program that you use that...

ummm i think i came a bit late... havent read all of huys message but i have seen a guy like reset his font registery... and it reset all the fonts for windows... not sure how it is done... im guessing just about of l33t tweaking

Yeah our school is pretty competitve... One guy nearly cried after the 3unit paper cause he missed 3 marks!!! It was gold... Someone then asked him about it and the competive guy threatened to bash him...
