with the multimedia option, what are the specified forms we can submit it in.? I know we can do Flash but are there alternate multimedia forms that we are allowed to use.?

We have a preliminary forum which seems to keep us all together lovely-like; and it may be premature to ask given that the 08'ers haven't even sat their exams this year as of yet; but will we get the lovely little subject divided forums? (ie separate forums for Math and stuff.) :read:

This is probably simple, but as I'm studying for a test I thought I'd better post anyway: Prove by Mathematical Induction that 5^n + 2 x 11^n is a multiple of 3. i. Prove true for n = 1 so 5^1 + 2 x 11^n = 77. 77/3 doesn't give a whole number however, so do you continue with the proof or is...

This eludes me: What mass of Hydrogen Gas is produced when 1.3g zinc reacts with excess hydrochloric acid? How much zinc chloride is prdouced? So i have: Zn + 2HCl > ZnCl2 + 2H And there are 0.01988 moles of Zinc. (1.3/65.4) But what do i do next? :S

This ones a bit too curly for my (lack of) mathematical abilities, one of the steps in the prove true for n=k+1 section is throwing me off so can someone take me from start to finish? 1/(1x2) + 1/(2x3) + 1/(3x4) ... + 1/n(n+1) = 1 - 1/(n+1)
