Going to the movies by yourself

Possibly. Truth is I'm secure enough about my friends and myself not to care for the petty social conventions that drive your life. If you want to socialise go to a party or talk to someone in person- sitting silently next to someone in a movie to connect seems kind of ironic to me.

    Staying motivated.

The HSC doesn't matter. Everyone give up and if you don't totally give up then don't push yourself. Go outside. Now you're enjoying life, you won't need your notes anymore. Send them to me so I can 'dispose' of them. Give up, send me your notes.

Going to the movies by yourself

For me it's about the film, definitely not a social thing. I opt to have a similar geek with me but if not one person is willing I, with very little hesitation, will be my own friend and see it by myself. When you spend every recess and lunch in the library, give up on personal hygiene and wear...

There is the possibility of a secondary pathway for rural students at UNSW, UNE and U of Newcastle amongst others. Basically it's called Rural Entry or something and you compete for selected places with other rural students. I have been told you still need to have a mid to higher 90s ATAR and a...

    Interesting Problem 2

Fuck yea, beat the pre-school children. The key I think is to recognise and then 'forget' what differentiates us from the kiddos; the recognition of an equation.

    Log Help.

    Sup! All base b. log(1.5b^2) = log(b^2) + log(1.5) = 2log(b) + log(3) - log(2) = 2(1) + 1.2 - 0.6 = 2.6

    My face

A dermatologist told me two treatments to effectively to manage mild acne: 1.) Isotretinoin- active chemical in Roaccutane - recognised for both freakishly clearing up skin and very scary potential side effects (no idea as to the legitimacy of the claims of such side effects) 2.) A combination...

    free UMAT questions

I'm almost certain the answer to question 2 is D, because of several reasons. Firstly, the UMAT doesn't require any prerequisite medical knowledge as far as I know, and thus you're not expected to understand the severity (or lack of) of the disease the baby may potentially be born with. This...
