thats so differen't i'm surprised in melbourne our applications were due wednesday the 18th and calls for interviews were made the next day, KPMG was especially quick having their first interview and final stage giving offers out the next thursday.

if your from Melbourne i believe the big 4 are done with calling, i can't speak for sdyney.

hey im a melbourne boy aswell, however i havent received an email or call from EY yet .. do u rekn they'll call on monday?

Also when is ur interview with Moore Stephens? i got mine on tues 8th july...

LOL yes Black Hawker thts a good idea... we could work together in the group presentation! But I still haven't recieved my confirmation email yet... the lady on the phone told me she would send it on friday, but it didn't come through!

But they should contact you to say whether you've been asked to go to next stage or have been rejected, and not just left hanging.

They haven't called me back. But have went online and was able to confirm an interview date.

Will see whether I get an email this afternoon. If not, I will contact them.

no idea, but apparently the PwC phone interview isnt meant to be an actual assessment, though it sure as hell felt like it was. did you get a call?

Yeah i know what you mean... i thought it was an interview thing too. Did anyone get that email from Ey today saying stuff about the next stage in the application process...when we actually go in there and do the tests. Apparently tests are flipping hard...this old student of my scool...who is now with PWC...said EY called him and said he would have got in but he got ripped in maths...oh well, lets hope they have changed it!

^ nup they haven't if vacation and grad recruitment is anything to go by. it's not hard maths, but more problem solving type stuff ie: you aren't going to have to differentiate etc
