I do Muay Thai and Judo, on and off. Used to do Kung Fu but the place closed down, so I moved on to boxing and then to my current two.

Anyone know of any good places around West Sydney?

Thanks for your help, but it's too far away for me. I live a bit further south, around Revesby.

Big martial art freak, I love it.

Tae Kwon Do, 8 years - Black Belt 2nd dan
Muay Thai, 3 years - Been in three amateur ring fights (shin guards, head gear), won all three
Brazilian Jiujitsu - 1 year
Mixed Martial Arts - 1 year, thanks to MMA I know a handful more martial arts - Judo, boxing etc.

I know I'm gifted, I have the speed of a lightweight and the power of a heavyweight - and my trainers constantly tell me I'm something different. I might actually pursue a career as a fighter if all else fails.

If only you lived over west, would hit you up for a Muay Thai bout.

Been training for 3 years, 15 fights so far, 11W - 4L.

Love it

i bet in the street i could just punch u in the face and u would be like owwie
That's not the point lol.

Besides, Muay Thai is the only martial art that is generally accepted to work in real life situations the way it is supposed to.

Two or three years of Tong Long Praying Mantis Kung Fu here :D.

I heard that boxing works pretty well in real life situations.

Also MMA/BJJ......

And bringing a gun to a hand-to-hand fight.... always a winning strategy....

Lol, brazilian jiu jitsu will work horribly in a street fight situation sorry.
also, kyokushin karate is effective in the street as much as muay thai is.
I do both, as well as taking MMA classes, so i know muay thai as well.

ps Go Kan Ryu is money karate, and is basically a pyramid scheme.
mcdojo.
