nah, i know people who didn't get it til 18. If you play a lot of sport, period onset can be delayed.

It's good that you're seeing results but I don't think noob gains = 10KG of solid muscle gain. I'm not trying to put down your achievements or anything but it's just a little hard to believe. Have you been monitoring your body fat with calipers or something similar?

Eating 1000-1500 above BMR is insane. I struggle to even eat at a surplus. I feel like such a pussy

idk i used to eat 14,000kj when i was 16-17 and 60-65 kg without gaining anything now i eat like 7500 at 85kg and am maintaining
whereas my BMR should have been lower at 16-17 than it is now

nah man, cycling isn't for me.
I want to be 'toned' and fit, not look like a man.

Azure, n00b gains with proper nutrition, supplementation, sleep and good genetics- it is possible. I have been monitoring my body fat, %wise, it's actually gone down a little. I started at about 19%, now it's a little lower- i can see my obliques/top abdominals a little when i flex (nothing major, but they're there)
That being said, it's relative. 19% at 55kg and, say, 17% at 65kg- there's obviously been some fat gain.

I'm just advocating a clean diet here, people!

Nah I agree with what you're advocating 100% but I'm just a little skeptical that a female can gain 10KGish of muscle mass as noob gains within the time span you mentioned.

I don't know I'm not saying I flat out don't believe you and I could probably be proven wrong. I just find it a little hard to absorb. :)

Otherwise you do have a pretty solid routine and diet, so you're miles ahead other people.

2nd day going hard @ the gym, feeling stronger already, not muscle growth, but just from using muscles i hadn't used in ages.

dat's cool, yo. I'm sure lots of people lie about stuff, but I know that my scales said 55 now they say 65 and my body fat% seems to have gone down (not saying that i haven't gained fat mass, just as a percent, it's gone down)

Tell me about it with the diet etc. I hardly eat junk EVER anymore- i ate 2 tim tams last night, felt so sick and had the worst tim tam regret ever, i drank like 2 litres of water afterwards, haha.

what is the routine you do on this program, I didn't want to download that many mb, but pls tell me. The guy in the video lost heaps of weight, but you maybe want to bulk up a bit instead?

Muscle spreads skin over your body so it looks like you're toned. That's why people can get more defined abs even if they aren't cutting. But hey, if you look better and whatever doesn't matter how much or little you gained

I've been a bit fucking lazy at calorie counting lately =/ I've been just eating clean and not bothered counting haha.

it's a one day cardio one day weights (on various parts of the body) for example with cardio, you can do rowing, running, bike etc and its a 20 mins with 60% for the first 6 mins, then 80% for the next 4, then 90% for 1 min, back to 80% and 100% for the final minute. then i do bike for 20 minutes with the same routine (i do rowing for the first lot)

for the weights its 15 first set 10 second 7 third 5 fourth. he says the weights should be heavy enough so that your first set you should feel like you have about 3-4 left in the tank after the 15.


as for the diet, i'm not calorie counting, just no junk/fast food, no soft drinks, reducing carbs whenever possible, and eating smaller portions but more meals.

almost finished week 1. sunday is a rest day. i'm sore.

went into a grocery store for the first time in a long time, felt awkward. no tim tams, no doritos.
