nah man, cycling isn't for me.
I want to be 'toned' and fit, not look like a man.
Azure, n00b gains with proper nutrition, supplementation, sleep and good genetics- it is possible. I have been monitoring my body fat, %wise, it's actually gone down a little. I started at about 19%, now it's a little lower- i can see my obliques/top abdominals a little when i flex (nothing major, but they're there)
That being said, it's relative. 19% at 55kg and, say, 17% at 65kg- there's obviously been some fat gain.
I'm just advocating a clean diet here, people!
