Hah, man I moderate the Health & Fitness forum (aswell as three others) on the world's most popular student forums (
www.teenforums.studentcenter.org) and have been giving advice on nutrition and exercise physiology for about a year now. I actually wanted to get into BSc (Nutrition), but ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh noooooooooooo, the bloody UAI just hAD to rise 3 points.. and I also wanted to do the double degree BSc (Nutrition) & BHSc (Exercise and Sports), but it was fee paying. After searching vigorously up my arse for a few days, the $15,700 was no where to be found *WAAAAaaaaaa*

Scrambled eggs will give you a nice amount of protein, but also unfortunately a considerable amount of saturated fats vs mass.
Bananas are high in antioxidants, relatively low GI carbohydrates and potassium.. all GOOD.
Fruitloops and cocopops are pretty erm.. tasty, but not that good for you, lol. Man I miss cocopops.. mmmmmmmmmm..... cocopops *drool*
and milkshake.......mmmmmmm......
