my biggest meal of the day is breakfast

i have scrambled eggs on toast
one banana
and one bowl of fruitloops/coco pops
one glass of choc/strawberry milkshake

i eat all that in like half an hour

then when im on the train or in the car off to work or whatever (about one hour after first starting to eat), i eat a bit of fruit - banana or apple most of the time

- thats why you guys never see me eat during the day! :D

yeah most of the time it does, but yeah - other times i get hungry at bout 12pm and i have to get a donut...

and yeah, when we run outta breaky food, i just resort to a pie or a frozen pizza instead of my big feast when i wake up.

Hah, man I moderate the Health & Fitness forum (aswell as three others) on the world's most popular student forums (www.teenforums.studentcenter.org) and have been giving advice on nutrition and exercise physiology for about a year now. I actually wanted to get into BSc (Nutrition), but ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh noooooooooooo, the bloody UAI just hAD to rise 3 points.. and I also wanted to do the double degree BSc (Nutrition) & BHSc (Exercise and Sports), but it was fee paying. After searching vigorously up my arse for a few days, the $15,700 was no where to be found *WAAAAaaaaaa*

Scrambled eggs will give you a nice amount of protein, but also unfortunately a considerable amount of saturated fats vs mass.
Bananas are high in antioxidants, relatively low GI carbohydrates and potassium.. all GOOD.
Fruitloops and cocopops are pretty erm.. tasty, but not that good for you, lol. Man I miss cocopops.. mmmmmmmmmm..... cocopops *drool*
and milkshake.......mmmmmmm......

The thing with donuts is, it will fill you up for about 30min- 1 hour.. and then you'll feel equally hungry again (due to the almightily bad insulin implecations), so thats why so many people fall into the 'sugar' trap.. they keep on eating simple carbohydrates like donuts and lollies continually, and they still get hungry often.. all the while getting massively fatter. :rofl:

yeah gimmie like another month at uni - and i will be as big as a hot air ballon :eek:

but yeah - scrambled eggs i dont eat every day - too much protien. its either scrambled eggs or nutella toast :D

mmmmmm nutella.. I used to buy a jar of nutella and just spoon out the whole jar. They were golden moments.

The best thing was when I noticed how my gut grew noticably bigger the next day.. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

man i was sitting in my engineering class with this guy - anyway we were counting all the girls doing mechatronics - and he counted 6.

he said "wow, theres 6 girls doing mx'

anyways hahah freaking_out, go to the gym more often, and lower down on carb intake and go on a protein diet :)
