... i am probably the only one who wrote my essay with two poems and TWO related texts

*goes on to impale self repeatedly with pen*
No, I think a lot of people made the mistake of writing about two related texts, you're not the only one.

You definitely aren't, it was a common mistake. Besides, you won't lose marks for it.

I hope the Board of Studies decide to be dickheads and award 0/15 to everyone who used 2 texts just as punishment..

That wasn't awful but massively ran out of time. Somehow managed not to finish either section one or section three (but I did attempt them both and wrote a massively awesome essay)

jst wanderin when it says celebrates does that mean we have to talk bout th need for relationships in a positive light or can u do it in a negative light but still having the message that you need relationships to belong,

and curious what did everyone tlk bout in sec 3

i tlked about th need to understand metaphor and the rotten nature of society' in order to gain self identity and therefore belonging.

and almost my whoe class wrote 2 related text, i didn't though

my teacher then told us it dosen't matter if u write 2 related text thy will mark it nd u lose no mark i was like wat i said they could of said at least he said dont matter

So glad they put in a plagiarism buster like that for Question 3.
Question one kinda had me for a few mins, but overall was pretty easy

When are we allowed to discuss answers to the short answer section? Mr Moderator?

Of course. Absence of relationship, connection to other individuals > isolation > loss of belonging etc. Therefore relationships to other individuals are important to gain a sense of belonging.

ONE related text. Killer. Teaches me to have a prepared response. Still squeezed out 8 pages though. :)

It was simply amazing. Don't want to jinx it though!

Section 1 - actually made sense, wrote 7pgs.
Section 2 - best stimulus for my story, wrote 8pgs.
Section 3- quotation worked in well with my focus on cultural differences, wrote 10pgs.

All in all, it was so much better than I expected, especially considering business yesterday :D
