I thought integration question was harder than usual! How do you do Q 1e??
Let x=1/u. I think this is from the Coroneos 4U book (or a question very similiar to it), which is good because I did every single integration question from that book ages ago :D

Or, if you're not a berk, let x = tan(u), shame you can't rote learn for 4U

Bombed that.

Luckily for me the people on this board are what you'd call study enthusiasts, so looking at my efforts and ability realistically makes me feel a tad better - But the sooner I leave this site the better lol.

Gah, my slowness in doing questions was once again my inevitable undoing.

Yeah, you could do that. But for indefinite integrals I tend to stay away from trig substitutions. Usually ends up messy with triads and stuff.

I got every question, but sadly made a mistake in question 3, where it says to find the points where the tangent is horizontal.

SILLY MISTAKES!!

Um yeah, some guy in our grade (SBHS) got everything. Although Jacob himself (Jacob1991) only lost two marks. Go SBHS. =)

that sounds like something anyone would say to scare the opposition...I highly doubt it, but.
Nah, it's genuine. I personally vouch for that (the guy we're talking about is in my grade afterall).
