Re: Holy Fuckaroni

FUCKKKKKKKKKK HOW IS THAT FUCKING POSSIBLE... my mind went blank .. I WAS RAPING RUSE TRIALS LIKE 1 WEEK AGO... Holy shit there goes my HSC..

I left out Binomial Probability, A question in the fucking circle trigonometry thing, couldn't get the locus, proved the induction wrongly, couldn't get the last part of Binomial Theorem...... and a myriad of other shit..

MY GOD <40%
congratulations for making the paper.

Re: Holy Fuckaroni

Just out of curiosity - I did the 08 paper - was that one notoriously hard or something?
I did it for my HSC, and I thought it was quite simple except for one part of question 7. If 2011 was on par with 2008, then I would say 2011 was long but not difficult.

LOL, well yeah when you lose only 1 mark in your HSC for Ext 1 and 2 I doubt you'd have found either test hard. I can't recall how I felt about my Ext 1 and 2 papers that year but I quite easily got 90+ for both (although nowhere near your marks, heh) all I remember is that those Ruse kids cheated by getting like an extra 30 minutes for a 10 second blackout >_>

Re: Holy Fuckaroni

After looking at terry lee's solutions, silly mistake/pressure of the moment ruined my mark (could have been mid 70s) :s

I feel your pain. The sillies I made in Q 1-4...good lord. I'll be lucky to get mid 60's, when I was hoping for mid 70's.

I finished the whole paper just in time lol xp
After checking Terry Lee's solutions I'm guessing that I'm sitting on around 80/84 (all careless errors grr...)
On the other hand extension 2 was fml... hoping for somewhere in the 80s out of 120...
Oh fyl. ur lyf must sux sooo hard!!1!11!
Meanwhile, some people have real problems. I.e. Hoping for 78/84 instead getting <60, and in MX2 hoping for 80/120, instead getting <50. Good times.
Btw, between 78-110 the scaling is pretty much the same so it doesn't matter anyway.
Fuck, why are some smart people so dumb?

You can't take pencil cases in... :/
You're supposed to only be able to take clear, colourless ones.

just equals 120 degrees or 2/3 pi.
You just punch the number into your calculator. (I didn't know this either until a week or so before the exam)
