Hmm.. There are 5 subjects in the CA, but I'm not sure how long they go for. It does take a fair amount of time- and employers will certainly give you study breaks to get through it.

Hmm.. I've sat through those CPA and CA talks already- they go every semester to Accounting 1 and 2.
Is there much difference between CA and CPA, program wise as well as opportunity wise?

Oh does CA come down too?

There are differences in where you can work internationally and what kind of accounting you want to do in the future.

UTS threads are back to its quiet status..

I haven't touched my textbook for MPO, International Organisation, International Business. I usually cram when the exam comes though. That usually works. Didn't even buy a textbook for database fundamentals...oh well.

I don't think anyone touches their MPO book after a couple of weeks. It is close to impossible trying to read it without falling asleep.
(The current textbook is just a new edition of the previous textbook.)

I've got two on the same day - Economics for Business and Accounting for Business are both on Monday 14th April.
One of my students in my PASS session told me that the Mid-Semester would be pre-released in Week 5.

So it isn't too hard..

The economics mid-semester will be a bit challenging though.

They are always mean to those studying first year business subjects...
You'll probably find that is the case for the final exam timetable too.

Yeh for some odd reason first year business mid semester and final exams are always closely grouped together. I remember having 2 finals in one and an exam the nest day. The advantage of this i guess is that you get to start your holidays way ahead of everyone else! :)

I only got 1 midsem this semester and its for Consumer Behaviour, but it really is an interesting topic :)

Oh god no.

Anyway VSU is voluntary student unionism, where we all have the option of joining the union. And CSU is compulsory, and everyone has to pay an exorbitant fee to join.
