Yo Tim I thought you might like to know,

I got my deadlift moving again after a 2 month stall on madcow's 5x5 - I'm 99% sure the ramping I was doing on madcow prevented me from really maxing out, also the wednesday in texas method is a REAL recovery day.

Food for thought, though I miss the bent row being at the core of my program...
