What about a Mormon President?

Or, how about a black, female, Mormon for president?

Just on the third party, there has been talk of Michael Bloomberg running as a third party candidate. Assuming Rudy and Hillary win nomination, and a third party goes ahead, this could be an all New York race.

The First Negro or the first woman president is crazy enough.
I hope Obama, this would erase the well known racist attitudes White Americans
has on the African American Society. You wouldn't see something like this
happen 30 years ago or even 10 years ago so it would be a huge accomplishment and compliment for the US.
The only positive thing about Clinton becoming president is that it would make
Billy the first lady, that is all. She's a psycho neurotic politician (as shown in the Sydney Morning Herald - Her facial expression when won a seat over Obama) who
is as smart as George W Bush (IQ- 50).
I doubt it would make him a first lady because he is allready an ex-president. I guess if he hadnt have been though the title would be first man?

You see him sweep 8 states in a row, I hope he wins :p

Billary is all about negativity  plus if she gets the nominee, McCain would win against her.

I dont like Obama. Too arrogant. Plus I have an inside story from an ANU Washington Intern, where he comes off like a bit of a dick. It was just after Howard mocked Obama's withdrawal plan that this person ran into him in a Congress lift. He/she babbled hello etc, and he just coldly replied "Youre Australian huh?" Oh yes "Your Prime Minister...." And he walked off while s/he was apologising. Ever since i've thought fuck you Obama.

cough

I want to like Hillary, but she doesnt really make it easy. A bit insincere. A little less substantive than I wouldve liked. But i'd probably vote for her purely to stick it to the venemous sn's-a-bichs who drag her through the shit.
Also, the Republicans dont deserve power for another half century after this disaster - which is unfortunate because McCain is wicked cool.

theres a tv show in america called Traveler. they only made one season, but it has a similar idea to prison break, in that "the government doesnt really have the power" idea si the main theme. anyway, in his blog (he writes what would have happened in the 3 seasons he wanted to make) the creator mentions a "4th branch" which is kind of like american royalty or a dynasty that has secret influence over the other 3 branches, and at times members of the 4th branch have been involved in the other 3 branches. as examples he uses the Kennedys, Bushes, etc.

i just thought it was interesting that if clinton were to win, it would fuel more tv shows like this (thriller type shows, not stuff like commander in chief) which are entertaining, but inevitably will get axed for some reason..

As I saw a commentator recently say, Obama's a change in the sense that he's slightly to the right of where the Democratic Party generally is. His great popularity puzzles me, I look for policy and I just hear him going on about things starting as whispers in cornfields that ended up in some great achievement, and that's hope for you. What policies he has released aren't overly impressive (his health policy is shit, compared to Clinton's or Edwards').

I mean, whatever, he'll be better than McCain or Huckabee (or Bush), but it puzzles me as to why some of the most liberal people I know love Obama. Interestingly, some of the most conservative people I know like him too, which further confirms to me that the guy is not who most to the left think he is. But hey, he writes similar speeches to John Kennedy and has patterned his delivery to be similar to Martin Luther King's, so I suppose anyone who rips off other inspirational figures must be inspirational too.

I know right. I can't articulate exactly why I reckon he is considering hypothetically I identify myself as a democrat. Get back to you on that one.

Just because she says something, doesn't mean she believes it, supports it or will carry it out.

I don't trust Obama cause he was a former Muslim. By leaving he has commited apostasy and I believe he is more cunning than that. A vote for Obama is a vote for a Muslim revolution. Think of a world were terrorism is allowed to run rampage and extremists and fundamentalist destroy all that you've loved. This is what you are voting for when you vote Obama.
