Dw I’ve used many other illegal websites to download textbooks and I haven’t gotten sued yet. Also if u want textbooks u can dm me
hahah thanks for the insight!! I was swept with anxiety when it occurred to me the material was illegally sourced, glad to know you can actually download the textbooks without the AFP getting involved

Hey i was thinking about using libgen, however, is it legal to use? Are there any legal consequences after downloading the material?
Hmmm I mean I wouldn't really know but libgen looks like an online library so I dont think there would be any legal consequences or anything but to be honest I can't really find the books I usually look for in the first place on that website so I dont really use it. I think if you are looking for textbooks (at least that what I am doing) online as long as you aren't profiting off their material or if you breach copyright issues there shouldn't be anything wrong with using so because textbooks usually have an online code giving access to an online version in the first place?

illegal? yes. are the police going to bust down your door? no. at worse youll get a cease and desist if the textbook company finds out, though i doubt pearsons is tracking ips just so they can just random teenagers. if youre concerned you can always use the TOR mirror

if you cant find a libgen copy, you can usually get used textbooks on ebay for pretty cheap. also if youre taking any science subjects scihub is useful
