Hi everyone,

just wandering what is your posture like? and what areas do you feel tight and think are weak.

My posture is flat back. There is little to no lumbar curve. This means my hamstrings and abdominals are tight, which causes my hip flexors to become weak and lengthened - backward tilt of the pelvis. Also, i find it a bit difficult to straighten the knee, due to the backward tilt of the pelvis.

I tense my shoulders too much and forget to sit up straight

Also have a fairly annoying problem with my hip joints (I can't sit cross legged and if I push too hard to make it happen I get a pain and a clicking sound) but idk if my posture has anything to do with it.

Heh, Lordosis.

No wonder I get comments on being a tool and sticking out my chest.

For anyone training, make sure to balance out lower back work with abs.

yes thats right! and you also need to stretch out the hip flexors and the lower back muscles as they are tight. strengthen abs as well, and your hamstrings...
