no it isnt.
if you like them, thats being true to yourself
To prove this, I would have to have "true to myself" stamped on my forehead.

Didn't stop "liking it".
Just avoiding it 'til it dies completely because every 2nd person will ask "Where did you get them from? How much?"

No. I don't find them too comfortable.
Even if they were, no. Because they're not fairtrade.

As far as I am concerned, music doesn't make you a clone because it's not something you sport (unless it's a band T).
err actually no. guy dresses like an emo, what are the chances he listens to emo music? why does he even dress emo? if anything, music is the reason why he does. same can be said about goth peepz and hip hop and all other stuff. you know i did have long hair when i went thru a beatles infatuation.

telling others you listen to emo music will have them think you are associated with that crowd. so, if you want to be all individual and shit, better get cracking on finding music that no ones ever heard of hey! not doing so makes you some kind of unhip sheep!

You mean unless they look/act/dress in a different way to what's "in".

exactly.
do you go to shops, see something you like then think "oh no, i cant buy that, i might look like i'm 'in'"
what a shame D=
if a person likes clothes that just happen to be in fashion
they can hardly be blamed for having good taste
it doesnt make them a clone
it makes them a whole lot smarter than the tossers who deliberately DONT wear anything that other people wear.

a certain way = specific = stereotyped/"in"
If you're going to insult someone, get it right.

"in" fashion/good taste is almost an oxymoron.
I avoid fads. If you wear something when it's a fad and continue to wear it after it has passed, you look like an even bigger loser than if you'd just held out and resumed to wear it after it'd died.
I'm not going to continue this further. You just stay there.

all i was saying is that if you think Raben's are comfy
wear them
you already said the 'cool kids' as you call them laughed at you when you used to wear them
what does it matter if they laugh when you continue to wear them after the trend has died?

=)

those fckers who wear heels to uni and then either force me to be late cause their walking so slow, or tramp on my feet. true story.

& probably been mentioned 50 times already, and thus this is just to concur, but those fckn "blow bubbles, not bombs" etc tshirts

Maxi-dresses are for tropical islands. They just look a bit out of place on the streets...
