I said she can have her freedom of opinion and speech, that means she can non violently protest, she didn't have to go so far as to make a political party that aimed at eliminating the rights of others.

How was she protesting violently in any way? She wasn't going around lynching people. She made a political party, which is part of her right to freedom of speech. What's the point of having it if you can't express it?
