it wasnt an iq test
it was _ multiple intelligence test
only about 2 math questions

the whole point was to see if your more of the book smarts or people smarts

ofcourse you can be both but they told me im more people (social) smarts! :)

anyways, i think i did the iq test in early yr 11, got 125. :) i probably went down i reckon (no use doing the same iq test again)

Well i did that test and it actually put me at centre-left... as in very close to the centre but still towards the left, and i was straight down the middle..

However i know i'm towards the right so maybe the test doesn't ask the right questions.

Economic Left/Right: -0.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.08

I've been raised in a family of atheists, both used to work full time manufacturing jobs... now co-run a small/medium business. Not very conservative.

I do favour a society towards the centre, as that promotes more of a free open society.

well i take a right wing stance on some issues and left wing on others, which leaves me in around the middle :)

I'm going by that little chart thing, i answered honestly and thought about it.
Since people more to the left seem to be getting MUCH more to the left than me, is it possible that i am actually further towards the left?
To claim that Australia is making a "great step" to the right under the Howard Government is bullshit, australia seems to still be very much centrist with a free open-market society, there is still MUCH more to the right that the country could move, as there is to the left.

Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -2.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 0.05

im with dalai lama and nelson mandela on the left
and just a tad authoritarian though not as authoritarian as gerhard shroder

so in the authoritarian libertarian scale, im in the centre
and left/right scale- im 3 boxes to the left

so im just a left guy, but not a left "winger"

Political compass is not that accurate.

I have seen "Stalinist" get more liberterain then anarchist.

Mine were somewhere in the -7s for economic and -7s for libertarian.

I was dead in the middle for Authorative and Liberal but more towards the left on the across axis.

That political compass is a good diagram to explain the differences in politics, it shows the difference between Socialism and Communism which gets mixed up often.

so if i am as left as nelson mandela and neutral in the authoritarian /libertarian scale,

do u guys think that my personality will fit in with what the australian public wants?

-i dont think so, because i think we live in a liberalised society (even though i am prepared to compromise)

whatg do u guys think?

We were too far to the left, we are now probably moving slightly to far towards the right....
It is best when there is a balance, a free open-market society, such as what america (pre-9/11) pretty much had.
